240 Regent Street is a trophy asset that occupies an entire island site on the east side of Regent Street.  The property has recently been refurbished and provides a total net internal area of 208,256 sq ft. 240 Regent Street was purchased by a private overseas client for in excess of £200 million in May 2010. We advised the purchaser on all commercial aspects relating to the transaction.
