In conjunction with JLL, we advised UBS on their acquisition, post redevelopment, of a new headquarters building at 5 Broadgate comprising 700,000 sq ft. This complex transaction was structured on the basis of a conditional pre-let, with the building being developed by British Land and Blackstone.
