An example of a current project is 8-10 Moorgate, London EC2, where we have acted on the Company’s behalf to consolidate freehold ownerships and grant a new headlease and development agreement over the entire site, thus facilitating a 130,000 sq ft scheme, with its development partner Mitsui Fudosan.
