Since the partnership's inception we have worked with a range of well-known investors, including institutions, equity funds, property companies and private investors.

Aldermary House comprises a well located City office building of approximately 56,000 sq ft let to a range of tenants. A joint venture between Columbus Capital and British Airways Pension Fund purchased the long leasehold interest in the property in June 2011. We advised the purchaser on the acquisition and are retained to provide on-going advice on the property to the joint venture.
