David has gained a broad experience of real estate investment, including capital raising, fund management, property companies and agency, latterly having been Fund Manager and Head of Acquisitions at the Geared Funds Team at LaSalle Investment Management. This followed six years as Managing Director of the Investment Division of Quintain Estates and Development plc and, prior to that, David spent approximately ten years as an investment agent.
