Capital Real Estate Partners’ role on behalf of an overseas private client included:

• Advising on the strategy for lease up of the vacant office floor and managing the agents during the lease up process.
• Considering options for upgrading the reception and arrival experience and implementing the works.
• Appointing and overseeing the managing agents for the property.
• Undertaking a discrete marketing campaign and selling the shares in the corporate vehicle which owned the property for c. £270 million.
