51 Moorgate is a refurbishment opportunity involving stripping the building back to the frame and adding an extra floor to provide approximately 47,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. Skanska will then occupy the building as their UK headquarters.

Acting for the freeholder, the Worshipful Company of Innholders, Capital Real Estate Partners negotiated a restructuring of the headlease with Skanska, to allow them to undertake a substantial refurbishment.
