The 61,000 sq ft freehold investment let to UK high street bank, NatWest, is situated on the eastern fringe of the City of London.

Capital Real Estate Partners marketed the property on behalf of an overseas investor and it was acquired by M&G, a UK fund manager, for c. £37 million.
