A&O Shearman

We were instructed in 2019 to advise Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman), the major international law firm, on their occupational requirements. This involved undertaking a detailed review of the ‘stay’ and ‘go’ options in relation to their existing premises at Bishops Square, including identifying suitable relocation options and providing financial cashflow modelling. This resulted in a decision to relocate to a new and more sustainable office development at 2 Broadgate, EC2. We negotiated terms for the pre-letting at 2 Broadgate, and worked with A&O Shearman and their professional team to document the transaction.  Practical completion of the scheme was achieved in 2025, and A&O Shearman are due to move in by 2027 to occupy approximately 356,000 sq ft.
