On behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall, in 2022 Capital Real Estate Partners successfully acquired Aztec West, Bristol for £20m.

The property totalled 40,978 sq ft NIA and was let to St James’s Place for a further 16 years, with RPI linked rent reviews throughout the duration of the lease.
