- Originated the forward funding opportunity.
- Negotiated the funding agreement for the acquisition of the units in the corporate vehicle which owns the property between DWS and the developer, a joint venture between London and Continental Railways and Lendlease. Total end value in excess of £200m.
- Reviewed phased drawdown and balancing payments as the development progressed.
