Major life sciences development scheme on a former 2.8 acre office/light industrial campus, situated in the rapidly changing Kings Cross district of London. Tribeca has planning consent for approximately 900,000 sq ft of life sciences, commercial and residential accommodation, and construction of Phase 1 commenced in 2022. The scheme has a projected end value in excess of £1bn.

On behalf of a UK institution, the British Airways Pension Fund, Capital Real Estate Partners:

  • Originated the off market opportunity for British Airways Pension Fund to acquire part of the site in 2015 for £70 million.
  • Advised on a joint venture with the owner of the remainder of the site and a masterplan developer (Reef Group).
  • Advised British Airways Pension Fund on the acquisition of the remainder of the site, to provide them with full control in 2020.
  • Advised British Airways Pension Fund on the introduction of a joint venture partner, which resulted in the sale of a 75% interest in the site to GIC in Q1 2023.
