Acting on behalf of Ocubis, Capital Real Estate Partners’ mandate included:

• Originating the refurbishment and re-positioning opportunity for £30m.
• Strategic property adviser during project, providing advice on design, planning, title, rights to light, refurbishment works procurement and monitoring, lease up.
• Selling agent for the stabilised asset to a Korean institution for £120 million.
