Acting on behalf of the City of London, Capital Real Estate Partners negotiated an extension to the Agreement for Lease originally granted to CIT in 2019.

Our role includes:

  • Reviewing the wider market position and the strategic options.
  • Entering into negotiations and agreeing heads of terms with CIT to extend the AFL and additionally a new interim management lease on the existing building.
  • Ongoing CIT performance monitoring against the conditions with the AFL.
