Prowting Family Portfolio

Capital Real Estate Partners were the asset managers for a Trust run on behalf of the Prowting family. Between 2018 and 2024, Capital Real Estate Partners asset managed the 20 asset portfolio and concluded transactions in excess of £65m.

Our role completed with the restructuring of the portfolio away from highly management intensive assets to long let, secure and defensive assets, de-risking the portfolio for current and future beneficiaries of the Trust.
