'Saxon' Portfolio

On behalf of a Private Family Trust, Capital Real Estate Partners disposed of a multi-let light industrial and trade counter estates on the South Coast of England. The 525,000 sq ft portfolio, over 11 estates, was sold after a targeting marketing process and generated proceeds in the region of £60m, reflecting a blended net initial yield of sub 6%.
