South Quay Plaza is a 390,000 sq ft office complex to the south of the Canary Wharf financial district and comprises of 3 multi-let office buildings constructed in the 1990s.

On behalf of British Airways Pension Fund, Capital Real Estate Partners:

• Originated the asset for £73 million, reflecting a 10% yield.
• Advised on the subsequent disposal of 2 of the buildings to Berkeley Homes for residential redevelopment.
• Are retained as strategic advisers on the remaining building.
