St Pancras Hospital

St Pancras Hospital is a 4-acre site north of St Pancras Station, housing various medical facilities for North London NHS Foundation Trust (“the Trust”).  The Trust wished to relocate some facilities from the site and to release investment funding as part of a wider transformation plan for the Trust.

Kings Cross Group were selected as the preferred development partner in 2019.

Capital Real Estate Partners were appointed in 2024 to advise King’s Cross Group on the negotiation of a revised strategic partnership agreement with the Trust for the development.  The renewed agreement was concluded in 2025, and King’s Cross Group have subsequently released updated redevelopment plans on the site, including 180 new homes, 470,000 sq ft of commercial space and upgraded healthcare facilities.
