The Knightsbridge Estate

In 2022, Capital Real Estate Partners advised The Olayan Group on the appointment of their new asset manager for the collection of assets in the west end of London known as The Knightsbridge Estate. The asset comprised 460,000 sq ft of mixed-use accommodation across a 3.5 acre estate.

Capital Real Estate Partners’ role involved working with Olayan to understand the scope of service, proposing the short list of asset managers, running the tender process, setting up short list interviews, negotiating heads of terms and recommending a preferred asset management partner.
