Waitrose, Milton Keynes

On behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall, in 2022 Capital Real Estate Partners successfully disposed of the Waitrose distribution unit in Milton Keynes, at a price of £72m. This reflects a net initial yield of 3.4%.

The unit had 7 years remaining on the lease to Waitrose.
