We advised Legal & General Assurance Society, who owned the site, with planning for a 950,000 sq ft scheme - the largest in the City and West End.

Capital Real Estate Partners:

  • Advised Legal & General on the disposal of a newly created long leasehold interest to Bloomberg LP in December 2010.
  • Monitored Bloomberg’s performance of the development arrangements within the development agreement.
