Whitgift Centre

Acting on behalf of the leaseholder, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), Capital Real Estate Partners advised on the acquisition of the freehold interest in the c.20 acre site at the Whitgift Centre, former Allders department store and Green Park House in Croydon town centre to consolidate the ownership structure of the site.
