In June 2022, on behalf of Whitbread Plc, Capital Real Estate Partners and their joint advisers, Frame, successfully disposed of the investment opportunity known as Zinc, 68-86 Farringdon Road, EC1.

The opportunity totalled 27,753 sq ft of best-in-class office space and ancillary retail space. With a practical completion date in April 2023, the sale was structured on a forward commitment basis.

Following a targeted marketing process, Zinc was sold to a private European investor at a purchase price of £39.75m.
