Nigel Fox

Nigel has spent over thirty four years in Central London investment, development, and occupational markets, having previously worked at JLL for over twenty years and been an International Director and Head of City Investment between 1999 and 2009. Nigel’s expertise is in advising on major investment and development projects, including the structuring and execution of complex transactions, strategic development advice, development fundings, joint ventures pre-letting transactions and headlease and occupational lease restructures. Nigel advises long term land owners, investors, developers and occupiers. In his career he has advised on over £20 billion of property transactions.
