The Partnership has since grown to 4, with an overall team of 9. Since 2010, it has undertaken £10bn of purchases, sales and capital raisings, and has provided asset management, development management, development consultancy and occupational advisory services on over 20 million sq ft and 95 properties, mostly in Central London.
We focus on working with a select group of clients to provide a high value add property advisory service, primarily on London commercial assets. It is important to us that we always provide a best in class, senior level and responsive service.
Our wide ranging experience and skill set allows us to identify and deliver the most effective solution for our clients, whether it is a shorter term specific advisory/transactional role or implementing the longer term strategic business plan for an asset or portfolio.
We have strong relationships with best in class professionals across the real estate spectrum, from architects, technical specialists and contractors, to property managers, leasing agents and investment agents. When appropriate, we will recommend appointments and manage these advisers to ensure the best result for our client on each project.
We have a good balance of asset management, advisory and transactional fee revenues. The combination of this revenue balance, along with a carefully managed cost base, allows us to provide a longer term strategic perspective to our clients without the short term pressure to bill transactional fees.
We are careful about managing our range of assignments and client base. This is to ensure that we work with clients who value our advice, so that we can minimise potential conflicts and to enable us to respect confidentiality.
Our mandates are always advisory – we have the skill set, mindset and experience to act as a principal, but our philosophy is that the control and final say on decision making remains with our clients.
