  • Debt origination and bank reporting
  • Selection and oversight of managing agents to ensure customer service for occupiers is run to a high standard and rent and service charge collection is on time
  • Recommending and managing other service providers to deliver services where appropriate, including managing agents, leasing agents, rent review specialists and refurbishment teams
  • Building strong occupier relationships to target long term retention and value add lease restructuring
  • Managing lettings and rent reviews
  • Rolling floor by floor refurbishments and common part upgrades

  • Client reporting on activity and financial returns with reference to the business plan, ensuring that we recommend strategy updates to maximise value where appropriate
